How the Programme works

Dr Elstein has designed a three-step process to ensure that when you undertake the Eternal Health Wellness Programme that you get the maximum benefit.

The aim of the programme is to highlight the individual health risks through assessments, collection and analysis of all test results. The programme offers healthy solutions, recommendations and finally monitors and measures improvements over the twelve-month program.

The Eternal Health Wellness Programme offers you the most up-to-date information, technology and testing procedures to give you the opportunity to boost your health and vitality.

For the program to be successful you have to commit to it and take control of your health and follow your individual program specifically designed for you based on all your information and test results.

The Eternal Health Wellness Programme includes:

· Initial consultation requiring 6 hours of your time

o This is where all the testing begins including 2 hours spent in consultation with Dr Elstein

· Evaluation of all health questionnaires

o General personal and medical

o Nutritional appraisal questionnaire

o Health and vitamin appraisal questionnaire

· Cellular Health Profile

o Bio impedance Analysis

o Live Blood Assessment

· Pathology Testing

o Blood tests

o Salivary Hormone Testing

o Human Growth Hormone

· Functional Tests

o Zinc Analysis

o Urinary Indican Test

o Lung Assessment

· Hair Mineral Analysis

o This test is sent to the USA for analysis.

· Specialised Testing

o Multislice Cardiovascular Assessment – with coronary CT scan and calcium score

o Urine Organic acid Profile – This is a unique amino acid profile sent to the USA

o Bone density screening – completed at City X-ray

· Review Consultation and Comprehensive Assessment Folder (3 weeks from initial consultation).

o This involves 10 hours of work by Dr Elstein to correlate all results and tests.

o Plus a two hour consultation to have your individual program presented to you.

· Follow Up Consultations

o These are carried out every 3 months (4 in total) to monitor your progress and health improvements. Each consultation will require
2-3 hours of your time to complete.

· At each follow up consultation you will undertake the following tests.
