QUESTION 1:
Does L-Cysteine taken to benefit the
hair cause any reactions if the person taking it is on
the following prescription drugs:
Celebrex
Levoxyl
Lipitor
Answer:
There is no documented problem with these drugs
that I could find.
QUESTION 2: Dear Doctor Michael for
the past 5 months I have had a UTI that will not go
away. I had 2 courses of antibiotics and constant Ural
everyday. I have also been juicing carrots parsley
celery and apples on most days. Herbal wise l have been
taking corn silk epilobium bearberry pau d’auco . All
urine tests have come up negative. I saw a urologist and
was told that it was hard to treat but will go away. I
am now seeing a gynaecologist who practices natural
therapies. She is using diluted iodine and inserting it
into my urethra. I’m also having vega mora therapy
from her. This is currently helping but for how long I
don’t know. Should I go back to the Urologist and have
an internal investigation?
I am desperate for an answer. Please help me.
Answer: It
is possible that you have a yeast overgrowth or a
candida problem, which might lead to an ongoing urinary
infection. This can be assessed by your gynaecologist
who can then institute the appropriate therapy.
