QUESTION 1:
I began taking Moducare (5 days ago) to calm
inflammation and regulate my immune system. I have
carpal tunnel and tendonitis of my elbow. I also
have diagnosed osteoarthritis in a few (areas ankle,
knee and spine). Since I've taken Moducare my
symptoms almost seem worse. Is this the norm?
Additionally, though my blood pressure had always been
in the range of 112/73, the last couple of readings
since I began taking Moducare (actually just today) it
has been 122/90. Does
Moducare raise blood pressure and if so, should I
discontinue? I do not want to take a supplement
that is harmful to me.
Answer:
Moducare is a substance that is used to
modulate the immune system in the case of autoimmune
diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. It dose not
appear that you are suffering from such a disease and
therefore this might not be the appropriate remedy for
you hence the negative response.
While Moducare is not known to raise blood
pressure ceasing this formulation might be a wise
choice. I
suggest you read a book entitled ‘The immune system
cure’ by Bouic and Vanderhaeghe ISBN: 1-57566-486-0
for more information on this subject.
QUESTION 2: I want to know if Andriol
causes the enlargement of the prostate & if it
causes the growth of hair all over the body.
If not could you please tell me how shall I get a
hairy body. I
want to know if Andriol causes the penile enlargement.
Answer: Andriol is a form of testosterone, which should only be taken if your
body is not producing enough of this hormone.
It is not directly associated with enlargement of
the prostate but taking this hormone can lead to the
formation of other hormones including oestrogen and
dihydrotestosterone which can cause prostate problems.
Andriol is not known to cause enlargement of the
penis.
QUESTION 3: I had a hysterectomy
11/12/04. What I would like to know is can I still take the pill,
dianette for my skin problems.
If not what do you recommend?
Answer: You
can take the pill to manage skin problems and sometimes
this is quite effective.
It is also possible to explore the underlying
reason for your condition and here I would be
investigating hormonal imbalance, food allergy, dietary
indiscretions, imperfect liver function and digestive
dysfunction as all of these can be associated with
disorders of the skin.
QUESTION
4:
My 68 year-old sister has been diagnosed as having degenerating
spinal myelin sheaths, causing short circuiting of
nerves to the legs, resulting in a movement disorder.
She has been diagnosed as not having multiple sclerosis
but I understand the result is similar or the same. I
read that a product called Kalawalla can reverse the
myelin damage. Do you know this product and can it help.
Answer: Kalawalla is derived from a plant called polypodium
leucotomas and while there are no mainstream studies
that this formulation can be used to treat demyelinating
diseases of the nervous system there are reports that Kalawalla
has a positive impact on diseases like multiple
sclerosis. In
the case of your sister food allergy and increased
intestinal permeability needs to be explored.
Vitamin and antioxidant treatment might also be
helpful.
QUESTION 5: I
have chronic heartburn all the time and have diarrhea
and really never feel good. I have had an
extremely stressful life and wish to know how I can
manage these problems.
Answer:
I have found that yeast and gluten
intolerance can often lead to heartburn and digestive
disorders. These
can be investigated by your doctor by means of the
appropriate blood tests, which would include measuring
candida antibodies to eliminate and yeast problem and
gliadin antibodies to make sure you don’t have a
gluten intolerance.
Yeast is found in bread, alcohol, vegemite,
mushrooms and a host of other foods.
This is described in my book ‘Eternal
Health.’ Gluten is found in wheat, rye, oats and
barley. Avoiding
these foods might lead to considerable improvements.
QUESTION 6: I
just wanted to know if you could tell me the inspiration
behind your company Neozest and product neurazest. Are you familiar with the philosophy of Ayn Rand?
I love the work you are doing, just wish you had
a centre in the UK.
Answer:
Neurazest is a formulation that is intended
to boost memory, treat tinnitus, which is that annoying
condition associated with ringing in the ears and
prevent the diseases of ageing such as Alzheimer’s
dementia and Parkinson’s disease.
I wanted to bring a product to the market that
would have all the right ingredients at therapeutic
doses to achieve these ends.
Another product is in the pipeline, which has
very powerful antioxidant and energy-boosting properties
so stay tuned to this space.
Ayn Rand is a real blast from the past.
I remember her well.
There must be anti-aging clinics like mine in the
UK. Try
google and plug in anti-aging centres UK and see what
you come up with.
