Some of the points discussed on air included:

Recommendations for weight loss: Suzanne recommends a medical examination if you are excessively overweight. Blood tests should check thyroid hormones, liver function as well as insulin utilization. Food allergies/intolerances often reveal hidden reasons for weight gain. Next comes a good detox of the system by fasting. In some cases colonic irrigations are recommended along with herbal mixtures to boost liver function and rid the body of parasites. When commencing a balanced low fat diet coupled with regular exercise, weight loss can be maintained.

Suzanne recommends counting FAT grams and not calories. For women keep it under 40 per and for men under 50 grams per day. Eliminating butter, cream, and cheese from the diet and closely monitoring sugar intake is important. Beware of any products labelled Low Fat, Diet, etc. These are most likely full of sugar... so read labels carefully. Avoid all diet and soft drinks.

Exercise at least 3 times per week for one hour. The programme should include some form of cardio which can be walking, running, anything to get the heart rate up. Some form of resistance exercise must be done. This is using weights or machines in a gym. This and only this will change body shape and protect bone density and improve hormone levels.

Suzanne stresses the importance of exercising correctly. If an exercise is done incorrectly it will not be effective so it is important to get proper instructions from a trained professional. This also prevents any unnecessary injuries.
